Aggressive Confrontation:

Your mind doesn't fix itself while your body sits still and you blame everyone else. Most guys hit their 40s, start making excuses, and just... stop. They accept the gut, the brain fog, the whole decline like it's inevitable.

Evan Seinfeld from Biohazard refused to go that route. Overweight and depressed in the '90s. Now he's 58, just finished a six-month world tour, and is in the best shape of his life. On the Posicore podcast we talked about what actually changed—how time, intention, and showing up every day actually work.

Full Metal Fitness and Mantorship aren't selling supplements or motivation posters. It's a bunch of dudes who like heavy music, pushing each other to be better. The metal is just the soundtrack. The thing that pulls you out is the work, and having people around who expect you to do it.

Stop treating Monday like a waiting room for your actual life. The episode is out now.

"Now that I know better, I can be better." Propaganda joins the podcast for a raw look at the intentional growth required to navigate modern manhood. Moving past the noise of the "manosphere" to discuss the high stakes of being a "girl dad," the patience required to replace rage with calculated aggression, and the vital difference between just disclosing facts and actually being vulnerable.Prop shares the heart behind his latest work, This Is Our Fellowship, offering a vision of masculinity that isn’t defined by what we’re owed, but by what we build. It’s a masterclass in "sanctified testosterone"—learning to use your strength to protect the weak, your voice to gas up your brothers, and your hands to create a more livable world, and a brief detour to discuss destroying Waymos. This is our most in depth interview yet, don't miss it
