Every leader has two choices when they go into their day, through a crisis, or simply making a decision; Am I going to going to lead fearlessly, or am I going to get distracted by all the "other" stuff out there. In the middle of a nation-wide crisis, I am challenging myself and everyone I know to find our pattern of success now.  Here is one of my favorite quotes from Stephen Covey - "Our character is basically a composite of our habits. Because they are consistent, often unconscious patterns, they constantly, daily, express our character."

Don't wait for everything to be back to normal, let's position ourselves to successfully grow out of this!
