Life is great! Everything is ok! I hate when I see posts about how positive affirmations can eliminate anxiety. Yea, negative self talk can hinder recovery and make anxiety worse, but positive affirmations like "Everything is great, no reason to feel anxious because I have everything," does not work. It's hard to believe that life is great, because guess what, it's not when we have panic and anxiety that keeps us from living our life. Join me as I talk about rational self-talk.
