Affirmations have to be followed with action. You have to put some action behind it. An affirmation is the confirmation or ratification of a judgment. Are your affirmations negative? Are they taking you down roads that are affirming things that aren't serving your life in healthy ways or are they positive and bringing value to your life.

 

Once you’ve changed your mindset to ensure you only have positive affirmations, start to act on them. The only way you’ll be able to manifest those affirmations is to start to take steps to make them a reality.
