Today I am talking with Eva who recently set up Balance Carbon - an organisation that moves ESG money from where there is an excess to where there is a need, by facilitating collaboration and sharing, in order to create a more equitable world for all.

Eva has pioneed numerous fantastic grass roots projects that have expanded nationally, to support people who are suffering to have their basic needs met.

I had a great chat today with Helen today about her work with Team Agreements and how she is pioneering these new ways of working, where the wellbeing of people and colleagues' matter.

Helen founded Helen Sanderson Associates (HSA) an international training and development consultancy andWellbeing Teams, a provider organisation rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission. She is also co-founder of the charity Community Circles, creatingsolutions to loneliness together.

Helen is one of 50 New Radicals in the UK and is award winning for innovation in health and care and value-based recruitment. Helen was the Department of Health's expert advisor on person-centred approaches for 10 years, has a PhD, is the author of over twenty books and is a TedX speaker.
