In this episode, I will talk about some of my favorite personal coping skills that are positive and healthy, and why you should find that "hobby" or "thing" that makes you happy. Learning to turn to things that can help you work through your emotions rather than suppress them is a skill we aren't taught in school, and we often learn from experience.
