Today's conversation started by talking about the way we embrace our mornings and highlighting our uniqueness; breaking 'out of the box' of how we are taught to be while embracing fully being 'us'.

We recognise the difference in frequency when being with like minded souls in comparison to those yet to embrace life heart before mind.

This leads us into talking about education and the mind driven learning which has outstripped the learning of practical skills that assist us in living. The uniqueness of life and the need to recognise individuality and how nourishing it is to live that way.

We finish on the difference between games and participating in them in comparison to competition.

Today i was excited to share with Patricia Jean Fleming that my books are now in pre-sale. In completing this project i close another chapter of my life.

Patricia announces her return to Spain while checking in with the life-path travelled.

Being in nature is not all about green places but includes the beach and how it feels to walk along the shore; feeling the power of the moving sea.

We discuss finding out individual strength through being aware of mind fed fear, living in the now, heart first. Of expanding and growing into Self through allowing and nurturing in integrity & oneness of all that is.

We embrace the energy of gratitude which assists us to 'get out of our heads' (ego) and into the heart before mind flow.

Our chat starts today talking about computer screens and how, when they were a new thing, we would use them for hours (more than was advised).

Now, we find reading from an actual book much more relaxing than digital. 

Patricia Jean Fleming continues to maneuver the ‘rabbit warren’ of roads both in Edinburgh and at the Western General Hospital while continuing to support her sister. We discuss how life can overwhelm us if we allow it to, learning to look after Self first. 

It leads us on to discuss gender and how we see ourselves as spiritual beings, where we are neither one ‘sex’ nor another. That we, as individuals, are limitless.

An enlightened being ‘ having seen your own light.’ 

We conclude with exponential change; how change is speeding up. How within guided meditation, Patricia has been asked to move from journeying outside of our bodies to going within. To be open to embracing change from a compassionate, humane, and nurturing stance.

Today’s talk with Patricia Jean Fleming and me finds us checking in with each other, as we were unable to diary our chat last week. 

It is always good to talk; we learn through communication.

Someone once said, ‘sharing is caring’.

Others would say that we give away our power in sharing, but what kind of ‘power’ is that over another person?

Only a heartless person would withhold information that could benefit others. It’s about being open-hearted, flowing, engaging, and walking our talk.

We think of ego of being powerful, manipulative, however, there is also negative ego which holds us in an energy of being ‘less than’.

Two lovely analogies today flow into the conversation of directions and mirrors. We hope you find them useful.

Today Patricia Jean Fleming and i start with a general catch up of how we are and what we have been doing.

We discuss the need to slow down and the realisation of how ill health in the family unit can zap your energy and how mental health can affect you physically.

We move on to the difference between collaboration and co-creation. While in collaboration, we can sustain tiredness and issues from unequal commitment. We learn to become aware of those who try to rule us and how we can lose ourselves. Co-creation is a constant balancing of equal participation that happens without effort.

We discuss how we can change our DNA, genes, and health and how positivity is a wonderful tool for shifting us into a better place. We also talk how we can ‘fake it until we make it’- i.e., how we explore, experience, and practice, practice, practice!

This allows us to become whole, to know ourselves, and to have the freedom to be, including the personal power it gives us. 

We finish with ‘integrity’, which we believe is the answer to the current compliance with unconscious actions.

Today, we discuss the good and bad aspects of the Internet and our awareness of it. This leads us to how we use our amazing intuitive sense of being aware of it and increase our ‘knowing’ via our magnetic field, our aura – tuning in. 

We talk about the energy of Love, the power of positivity, and how we can influence this within our individual lives and our being. 

Do we flow with life from the heart before the mind, or do we find life as a juddering, pixelated, mind-driven vision, and how can it be changed if we have the will to change it?

We recognise the difficulties that life can give us and how, through sharing or asking for help, we can move through the heavy, debilitating energies or situations more easily. 

We embrace the wonderful trait of skepticism as a healthy attribute, as it gets us to go deeper, to ask more questions, and not just take things at ‘face value.’

Happy to have you join Patricia and i as we co-create today’s podcast. No agendas, no pre-arrangements, just flowing from heart to heart.

The more we become aware of who we are and how we are in this world, the stronger we can deal with difficult or negative situations. When we drop into the heart, we understand difficulties as learning opportunities. No ego dramas of ‘why me?’ etc.

We acknowledge it, flow with it, and move on from it all through release and surrender.

Do we affect our relationships through an ego-driven state of being?

Are we happy with what we do and who we are? Do we know the difference?

Do we grey honesty to fit in with current societal demands?

The ‘monkey mind’ energy rules the roost if we let it. It does not touch our hearts. Forgiveness of self is heart-fed. It brings us into the energy of now.

We find and build on heart memory through being. What we ingest is filtered through not only our physicality but also our spirituality and mindfulness. 

Garbage in, garbage out!

Everything is creation; creation through being.

This week, as in all our podcasts, Patricia and I flow from the heart before engaging the mind without egoistic sabotage, allowing the energy to move us along our journey of co-creation.

Constant change is a given. It is one of nature's most natural processes. We are part of our earth's wonderful nature. 

Embrace it. We can never be bored when we engage with the freedom to be; boredom comes from stagnation.

Engage the Mantra: ‘That was then, this is now.’ “If it is all truth, there is nowhere to hide.” We allow fear to creep in and thwart our honesty; where ‘little white lies’ can turn into monstrous monsters.    

Today’s podcast touches on ‘hindsight’ – an awareness of historical blindness.

Awareness takes effort to keep us in the light rather than the easy route of being kept in the dark.  

Let us unlearn the learned behaviors that do not serve us.

It takes willingness to explore, experience, and practice.
