Welcome!  I'd like to use this first episode to introduce myself to both aspiring and experienced people in leadership positions around the world.  Having served in many leadership positions in the military and the private sector over the past 30+ years, I wanted to share some of my observations about leadership from 'down in the trenches.'  We will discuss everything from developing and communicating vision, teaching leadership, dealing with conflict, leading teams, dealing with toxic people in the workplace, and the importance of transparent communication in the workplace, just to name a few topics.  I'm hoping to share my experiences so that aspiring and seasoned leaders can become better leaders and make the work world just a little better place.  Sit back, listen up, and enjoy the ride.
