This particular podcast is an idea I had for anyone who is struggling with feelings of jealousy, inadequacy, insecurity, and low self confidence. By listening to, repeating, and using this recording as a meditative practice you are actively reprogramming your subconscious mind and changing your past conditioning. Jealousy causes a tremendous strain on our relationships with ourselves and with our loved ones and quickly eradicates any happiness in it's path. Jealous behavior communicates to your partner that you only accept and love them when they abdicate their freewill to connect and engage with others, and that you believe they would choose to abandon you for someone else if they had the freedom of choice. Redirecting these self limiting and negative beliefs with unconditional self love and nurturing thoughts, you can begin to heal those fearful parts of yourself that are hidden in your subconscious. You can begin to connect more with your partner(s) as you facilitate non-judgmental acceptance and encouragement of their happiness. Only out of non-obligatory, unconditional love, and deservedness will your relationships persist and evolve happily. Having a positive, loving sense of self and being self secure is singularly the most transformative gift you can give yourself. No matter your past or your current emotions, you have the power to rid yourself of any and all fear and to love and honor yourself completely and unconditionally now.
