But God! She talks domestic abuse, bodybuilding, finding validation, devastating alcoholism, women ushers, her current marriage, but most of all-the powerful, life-changing staying power of a daily walk of prayer. Y'all know it's only real conversations around here, and we were here for it-we know you will be too.

Born and raised in central Arkansas at FPCNLR, Lyndi Mullinax DNP, FNP-C, APRN sits down and talks all the things with us today- major life transitions, women's whole health, women's menstrual phases, the current election, RFK MAHA movement, etc. After graduating FPC's Calvary Academy, she went into nursing and continued to excel at every level. She is the type of gal who sets a goal, and makes it happen. After years of hard work, determination and excellence, she had arrived. She had THE JOB- her dream position of an OBGYN nurse practitioner focusing in high-risk obstetrics and routine gynecology. But God had other plans.
It was in this position that God began to make her uncomfortable in what had become her comfort zone. She talks becoming aware of certain situations in our American healthcare system that just didn't ring true. It was from this that God began to give her a burden to do her part to PREVENT what she can in the decline of women's health today. We talk real-life scenarios regarding women's menstrual cycles, hormone imbalances, PCOS, birth control, and even the current election and RFK's MAHA movement. A real conversation is had regarding taboo subjects that shouldn't be taboo and she spills the beans on how she is now starting Her Whole Health, PLLC,- a women's holistic-minded healthcare clinic, covering females from puberty to menopause. "Our integrated approach considers the mind-body connection, providing preventative healthcare, nutrition counseling, laboratory testing, hormone balancing, and more to promote optimal wellness." Don't miss this very authentic conversation about REAL issues women all over are facing, with real-life recommendations.

Katy Baugh- you may know her name as the vocalist on the song "This Place" by The First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock, but you may also remember her as the mother of baby Avonlea Wren Baugh. Avonlea's story was shared far and wide as she fought for her life through what seemed like impossible circumstances. But God. Katy retells her harrowing experience as a mother in detail, through all the emotional roller coaster of the happenings that led to what we now know is absolutely a notable miracle. She encourages others with an explanation for trials like nothing else I've ever heard.
I was going to make this a part 1 and part 2, but I just couldn't do y'all like that again. If y'all left hanging coming up on these holidays, you know why:p

Brittany Kennedy is wife to Aaron Kennedy, mom to three, and an absolute miracle. In today's episode, she opens up on the taboo subject of gender dysphoria, and homosexuality. She so strongly comes to this platform to share her testimony and talk about the experiences from birth that led to this lifestyle, and the miraculous story how God led her from darkness into His marvelous light. A very real conversation is had regarding the effects of sexual abuse and how God has called the church to LOVE people, especially those who are so openly against Him. This episode is how God changed her life completely, and you don't want to miss it.
Also, she looked back and this exact date of recording (September 18) was her 13 year Holy Ghost anniversary. God is truly amazing.
Last week, Stacy Walters shared how God had started moving on her and her husband Zach to start searching after Him. In Washington, in the middle of a Covid torn time, they began to feel unnerved as parents seeing all the chaos going around them. They felt the need to GET OUT. They bought a 12 ft cargo trailer, sold everything they owned (except the couches) and set out on a journey with their three young children to find their "walnut grove" or "home". This is that story. The ups, the downs, the sand storms, the biting flies, the God-moments, ALL of it-straight to HOME.
Stay tuned for their book on this incredible journey.

In today's episode, Stacy Walters (mom of 4, first-generation Pentecost as of 2022, married to Zachary for 20 years) shares her amazing testimony that gives the phrase "out of the miry clay" a whole new perspective. She shares from childhood and on how God kept her amidst circumstances that should've been disastrous. From the raging liberal state of Washington, smack-dab in the middle of Covid, Stacy and her husband knew they had to get OUT. They didn't know how, they didn't know where, but God had been slowly laying the groundwork for them to know they had to leave. They had felt to start reading a Bible Zachary had been given a long time before. And ever so slightly, God started removing the blinders from their eyes. They started out selling everything they owned and leaving their home in a car and a 12 ft cargo trailer on an epic search for what they thought was a safe new place for their family. But it ended up an actual search for Truth. You'll be on the edge of your seat, thinking how is this a real story?!?! God's amazing grace and healing love shines through every word shared. Stay tuned next week for part 2.
