George Stoimenov believes the hardest journey a person will ever take is not across countries. It is the one within themselves.
Born in Bulgaria during the collapse of Communism, George grew up in a world shaped by uncertainty, trauma, and profound social change. For years, he searched for identity and belonging in all the wrong places, until one life changing decision led him to leave everything behind and begin again in the United Kingdom.
That outward move became the catalyst for a far deeper transformation. Through years of confronting his own pain, rebuilding his identity, and rediscovering purpose, George came to understand that true freedom is not found by escaping the past, but by facing it.
Today, as an author and frontline criminal justice professional, George works with men on probation, many carrying histories of violence, addiction, trauma, and loss. Having also supported homeless youth and asylum seekers, he has spent more than a decade walking alongside people whom society often overlooks, helping them recognize that no one is defined solely by their worst moments.
George does not speak as a therapist or academic. He speaks as someone who has lived the work of transformation. His message is both honest and hopeful: healing begins when we have the courage to confront ourselves, and redemption remains possible for anyone willing to take that first step.

Kenny Stoddart works where leadership is measured by the quality of a person's thinking under pressure.
As the founder of IronMind Advisors, he helps executives, founders, and high performing leaders strengthen the one asset that determines every decision they make: the mind behind the role. Joining him for this conversation are the founders of Athlete Check, whose work aligns with the mission of helping athletes and leaders build greater self awareness, resilience, and long term mental performance.
Rather than focusing on motivation or productivity, Kenny develops the internal discipline that sustains clear judgment, emotional composure, and decisive execution when complexity, uncertainty, and responsibility collide.
Through the IronMind Mentality, leaders learn to eliminate mental interference, regulate pressure in real time, and perform with consistency when the margin for error disappears.
His philosophy is simple: leadership is not defined by titles, experience, or talent. It is defined by the ability to think clearly when everyone else cannot.

Dr. Erica Elliott has spent a lifetime searching for answers where others have run out of questions.
Known by many as "The Medical Detective," Dr. Erica Elliott has spent more than 40 years helping patients with complex, difficult to diagnose conditions that often leave them without answers. Her work blends medical expertise with deep curiosity, looking beyond symptoms to uncover the underlying causes of illness.
Long before becoming a physician, Erica's journey took her from teaching on the Navajo Reservation to serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in South America, climbing some of the highest peaks in the Andes, and leading wilderness expeditions as an Outward Bound instructor. Each chapter shaped her understanding that healing is about far more than treating disease. It is about understanding the whole person.
Today, her practice combines decades of clinical experience with a holistic perspective that has earned her a national reputation for solving medical mysteries others could not. Through her memoirs, including Medicine and Miracle in the High Desert, From Mountains to Medicine, and From Doctor to Healer, she shares a remarkable journey of adventure, service, and the evolution from practicing medicine to embracing the deeper art of healing.
Dr. Elliott's message is both timeless and profound: sometimes the greatest breakthroughs happen when we look beyond the obvious and remain curious enough to ask a different question.

Dr. Katelyn Lehman believes mental health cannot be understood by looking at the mind alone. It must be understood through the nervous system, our relationships, and the world we live in.
A clinical psychologist and mental health expert, Dr. Katelyn Lehman integrates neuroscience, psychology, and public health to help people better understand emotional well being from both a personal and systemic perspective. Her work bridges clinical practice, research, and community health, offering a more complete view of how healing happens.
Throughout her career, she has supported individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, immigration, systemic barriers, and complex psychological challenges. Beyond individual care, she has led community based initiatives across Southern California that strengthen resilience through practical, everyday approaches to health, connection, and wellbeing.
Dr. Lehman's mission is to move the conversation beyond symptom management and toward a deeper understanding of how our nervous systems shape the way we think, feel, connect, and heal.
Her message is clear: lasting mental health begins not with fixing people, but with creating the conditions that allow them to thrive.

Michael Brener believes the body is constantly communicating with us. The question is whether we have learned how to listen.
After building a successful career in financial technology as a risk manager and data analyst, Michael had everything he thought he wanted. Yet beneath the external success, he felt a deeper calling that eventually led him away from spreadsheets and into the world of holistic health and personal transformation.
What began as a search for answers evolved into a profound exploration of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Through years of study in integrative medicine, naturopathy, aromatherapy, energy healing, and life coaching, Michael developed a holistic approach that looks beyond symptoms to address the emotional and mental patterns that influence overall well being.
Today, as a holistic practitioner, he helps people cultivate greater self awareness, reconnect with their body's innate wisdom, and unlock their natural capacity for healing. His work is grounded in the belief that lasting wellness begins when we understand the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and physical health.
Michael's journey from corporate success to holistic healing reflects a simple truth: sometimes the greatest transformation begins when we stop searching outside ourselves and start listening within.
