Fred Auzenne believes the patterns holding us back are not permanent. Once we understand how they were formed, we can begin to redesign them.
A former U.S. Army counterintelligence officer, performance facilitator, and founder of the Clear Edge Institute, Fred has spent more than 25 years exploring why capable, intelligent people sometimes act against their own goals and what it takes to create lasting behavioral change.
His perspective was shaped by an unusual foundation. In military intelligence, Fred studied influence, behavior, and the ways people can be manipulated. Today, he applies that understanding in a very different direction, helping people recognize the environmental and behavioral patterns influencing their choices so they can regain greater control over their lives.
Drawing on research in neuroscience and human behavior, Fred developed Clear Edge 90, a 90 day performance system designed to help high achievers remove alcohol as a barrier to clarity, sleep, energy, and performance. Rather than centering the process on shame or willpower, his approach focuses on understanding patterns and intentionally redesigning the systems around them.
Fred also brings more than four decades of personal experience living without alcohol, a decision he made at 22 before building his career, companies, and life that followed.
Today, he works with executives, physicians, and other high performers who want to sharpen their thinking, improve their performance, and feel more intentional about the choices shaping their lives.
His message is simple: when you understand the programming behind your patterns, you gain the opportunity to rewrite them and take back the controls.

A Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Intuitive, and channeler of Shaltazar, Jeffrey helps people navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, spiritual awakening, and feelings of disconnection through a grounded approach to spirituality and conscious living.

Robert Fojo believes starting over is not the end of your story. It can be the beginning of building something you truly own.
A former attorney turned payments entrepreneur, Robert's career is a powerful story of reinvention. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he spent 17 years practicing law at major firms and eventually running his own practice. But when that chapter came to an abrupt end in 2021, Robert found himself in his 40s facing the challenge of rebuilding his career from the ground up.
He entered the payments industry with no shortcuts, knocking on doors, learning the business firsthand, and developing the skills required to succeed in an entirely new field. Within a year, he became the number one representative on his sales team and eventually founded Max Value Processing.
Today, Robert helps business owners use payment technology as a tool for growth while mentoring people who are navigating career transitions, rebuilding their income, or pursuing greater ownership over their professional lives.
His journey is proof that experience is never wasted, even when life forces you onto an entirely different path.
His message is simple: starting over does not mean starting from nothing. Everything you have learned can become the foundation for what you build next.

Matt Estrin believes it is never too late to take a leap of faith and build something meaningful.
An entrepreneur, speaker, author, and founder of 477 Distilling, Matt spent 15 years as a pastor before stepping into an entirely new chapter as an entrepreneur. Since making that transition, he has launched seven businesses, created jobs, strengthened communities, and experienced firsthand both the challenges and rewards of building companies from the ground up.
In his book, I Know the Owner: From Holy Water to Happy Hour, Matt shares the failures, victories, and unexpected lessons that shaped his journey from ministry to business ownership. Today, he uses those experiences to help aspiring and established entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, develop healthy company cultures, and lead with greater purpose and integrity.
Although his career has evolved, Matt's faith remains at the center of how he approaches leadership, relationships, and success. He believes entrepreneurship can be about more than revenue. Done well, it can create opportunities for others, strengthen communities, and build a meaningful legacy.
His message is simple: you do not have to choose between pursuing ambitious goals and staying true to what matters most. Take the leap, lead with purpose, and build something worth believing in.

Barb Varcl Smith believes recovery is possible because she has witnessed what happens when people finally understand the patterns that have kept them in survival mode.
For more than two decades, Barb has explored a powerful question: why do some people heal and thrive while others remain trapped in the same cycles despite years of effort? That question has shaped both her personal journey and professional work, leading her to focus on the lasting impact of childhood trauma and the path toward authentic healing.
Through therapy, education, speaking, training, writing, and podcasting, Barb helps people understand how their past experiences continue to influence their thoughts, relationships, and behaviors. Her work creates space for individuals to reconnect with themselves, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and begin building lives rooted in greater awareness, freedom, and authenticity.
Rather than viewing healing as simply managing symptoms, Barb encourages people to understand what lies beneath them and reclaim the parts of themselves that may have been lost through years of survival.
Her message is simple: your past may have shaped your patterns, but it does not have to determine your future. Recovery is possible, and breaking the cycle can begin with understanding yourself.

Adriana Paletta believes the hardest battles in life can become the very experiences that teach us how to reclaim ourselves.
A coach, survivor, and lifelong advocate for personal well being, Adriana brings a rare combination of grit, humor, compassion, and lived experience to her work. Her journey has taken her through modeling, business, and healthcare, but it has also taken her through deeply personal battles with cancer, depression, anxiety, loss, workplace harassment, and other life changing adversity.
Rather than allowing those experiences to diminish her, Adriana used them to better understand herself and what it means to move forward without abandoning who you are. Meditation became an important part of that journey, helping her develop greater self awareness, acceptance, and compassion through moments of uncertainty and emotional struggle.
Today, Adriana brings those lessons into her coaching, creating a judgment free space where people can be vulnerable, examine what is no longer serving them, and get clear about what they genuinely want from their lives. Her approach is compassionate but grounded, encouraging people to face difficult truths while recognizing that they maintain ownership over the direction of their journey.
Adriana does not believe in walking ahead of the people she supports. She walks beside them, helping them rediscover their strength, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and courage.
Her message is simple: you may not get to choose every battle life gives you, but you can choose not to lose yourself while fighting it.

Kenny Stoddart believes leadership is ultimately measured by the quality of your thinking when the pressure is highest.
As the founder of IronMind Advisors, Kenny works with executives, founders, and high performing leaders whose decisions carry consequences far beyond themselves. While traditional leadership development often focuses on strategy, productivity, and external performance, Kenny focuses on the internal systems driving every decision: thought, attention, emotional control, and judgment.
Through his IronMind Mentality framework, Kenny helps leaders identify and eliminate mental interference, regulate their response to pressure, and maintain clarity when complexity and uncertainty collide. The goal is not simply to perform better when conditions are favorable, but to develop the mental discipline required to execute decisively when the margin for error is at its smallest.
Kenny's work challenges leaders to recognize that talent, experience, and authority can only take them so far. At the highest levels, the ability to remain composed, think clearly, and make sound decisions under pressure becomes the true competitive advantage.
His message is simple: leadership is not revealed when conditions are easy. It is revealed when uncertainty, pressure, and responsibility arrive at the same time.

Jana Princ believes transformation is the bridge between knowing the life you want and becoming the person capable of creating it.
A transformational coach, certified DreamBuilder Coach, Life Mastery Consultant, and founder of Wellness·Balance·Harmony Inc., Jana helps people move beyond limitation, reconnect with possibility, and create lives that feel more joyful, purposeful, and authentically their own.
Born and raised in Prague before building a new life in Canada, Jana experienced firsthand how profoundly our environment, beliefs, and inherited stories can shape what we believe is possible. That journey became a powerful metaphor for her life's work: helping others cross the distance between where they are and where they truly want to be.
After years of pursuing knowledge through books, courses, and strategies, Jana discovered that information alone rarely creates transformation. Real change happens when insight becomes action and we begin embodying the person we are capable of becoming.
Today, through transformational coaching and her work as Guardian of the Resonant Chamber, Jana creates experiences designed to help people release limitations, expand their vision, and move toward greater freedom, clarity, and fulfillment. Her message is simple: transformation is not just about knowing more. It is about crossing the bridge from knowing to becoming.

Jenna Summers believes even life's most painful experiences can become a powerful testimony of faith, forgiveness, and purpose.
A Christian author, missionary, speaker, and worship leader, Jenna's faith journey began in childhood and has carried her through extraordinary adversity. From experiencing abuse and surviving a devastating house fire to enduring violence abroad and a life threatening assault while pregnant, Jenna has faced moments that tested her physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, Jenna found strength through her faith and ultimately chose forgiveness, transforming her pain into a calling to serve others. Her ministry has taken her to more than 60 countries, where she has helped develop schools for vulnerable children, counseled trauma survivors, translated Swahili, spoken to thousands, and shared her faith through worship and music.
Today, Jenna continues to serve others through ministry, speaking, writing, and her work as a flight attendant, including supporting military personnel traveling to overseas assignments. Through every chapter of her life, she remains committed to sharing the hope and grace she discovered through her own journey.
Her message is simple: what you survive does not have to define you. Through faith, forgiveness, and God's grace, even your deepest pain can become a source of purpose and hope for others.
