There is NOTHING wrong with you if you have a negative thought! Because here are some things you might have noticed about thought!


You don't put it there! If you allow it to, it passes. You cannot change a thought. You can have anything turn up in your head and it means nothing. about you. Nothing! Nada! Zilch! Well not until you make it mean something anyway.


You can be aware of thoughts ('negative' and 'positive') and they don't have to mean anything. Without the meaning and the judgement they just pass. You DON'T have to make yourself think positively. There is much more ease around changing your relationship with thought.
