Welcome to the latest edition of Positivity Rocks.

This is a rather special edition as I am the guest!

In December 2021 I was interviewed for Thomas Brosnans' Glowing in the Dark show on VDub radio.  It was an amazing experience and we recorded a very powerful and intimate two hour radio show that was broadcast for world mental health week in May of 22.   There was a big gap between recording the interview and when it was broadcast. I had forgotten a lot of the things I had said and I have to say it choked me up with the passion and brutal honesty I put out there.  Not only about my own struggle but with how to become depression free.
