June 15, 2020 Ron and Sean discuss days 1, 2 and 3 of Royal Ascot 2020
The first three days of Royal Ascot dissected, discussed and plenty of “I’ve no idea”, “it’s not normal”, “Gordon Bennett’s”, and comments from Ron and Sean as they try to find diamonds in the dust.
You’ll hear a few times why Ron does not work with juvenile or three year olds, long distance races, and more, whilst Sean does have opinions on more races and a few he definitely likes, for sound reasons.
They both produce an e.w. acca, the seed having been planted by Steve (of Turks and Caicos fame), and both do advise of their banker for the week but the blind leading the blind would sum it up nicely and they’ll do it again on Friday!

June 12, 2020 Ron and Sean discuss the Irish 2000Gns, 1000Gns, and try to solve members problems!
Fresh from finding the winners of the English 2000Gns and 1000Gns, Ron and Sean set about promoting their limited knowledge of the Irish racing scene by solving (joke), the 2000Gns which takes place tonight, and tomorrow’s 1000Gns…as Ron says, “with no confidence!”.
They also tackle a couple of issues presented to them by members regarding multiple bets and, e.w. place odds and how to find out who is offering what percentage to how many places….turns out, it is a minefield!
Sean offers up his “Before we go” selection, which runs at Goodwood on Sunday, whilst Ron provides one for the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot and another to replace vit, if it fails to turn up there.

The Post Racing Podcast returns after an absence of six years and, whilst you can clearly hear the nuts are rusty, as they warm up Ron and Sean start to get right into it.
This time next month we’ll see polished performances from them, with winners aplenty.
