He’s worked with active duty military and retired military veterans and their families. He’s been employed at Hillsides Home for Children (Los Angeles, CA) and Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (Billings), working with troubled youth in a variety of positions. He’s coached football the past six seasons in Billings and Houston. He loves being in the mountains…or beach…or lake! While Houston was a wonderful experience, the Big Sky State was calling him back! He’s married with two boys. He’s traveled the globe and loves the diverse cultures and people he’s met along the way. Michael returned to CrossWay Inc summer 2019.

Ben Cooper has survived two cancers and has come through that journey with more faith and hope than he had before. An avid beekeeper and outdoor enthusiast, Ben wrote All Nature Sings - a 28 day devotional. The devotional reflects both his deep faith and love for God's creation.

Jim Riley was incarcerated from 2015-2019. During that time he became a full time author. He now has over 50 novels and short stories. His hope is that people would be inspired to overcome the obstacles in their life through his writing.
