Nelson L. Tressler is the Founder and CEO of IGOTSMARTER, a goal-achievement program created to help people succeed in every aspect of life. Prior to IGOTSMARTER, Nelson was a top real estate agent, completing well over $1 billion in transactions for his clients. As a serial entrepreneur, he has successfully founded over 10 businesses and has been named one of Las Vegas' Top 40 under 40.

Nelson's success and life philosophy come from his unique beginnings. Rape, murder, extreme poverty, and the biggest trail ever to hit his small town were just a few things waiting for Nelson upon his birth. The child of a 15-year-old mother, Nelson's young life started from behind. The oldest of five children and raised in poverty by an abusive stepfather, Nelson turned resourcefulness and tenacity into a life skill. He played college football for St. Francis University and joined the US Air Force on the GI Bill. He served as an electronic and navigation technician with tours in Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Upon leaving the Air Force, Nelson finished his education at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and founded his first company.

Nelson spent a 20-year commercial real estate career at Newmark Knight Frank and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate as one of the top producing agents in the nation. He has personally developed over $25 million in commercial real estate and brokered deals for clients worth well over $1 billion. He went on to become the founder of multiple service businesses, including one of the nation's largest privately held pet resorts, a chain of children's learning centers, and two family fun centers.

Nelson founded the IGOTSMARTER company centered around changing the world one person, one goal at a time. Built on the over 25 years of life lessons he picked up from his murder to millions story, IGOTSMARTER implements the philosophies, goal-setting, and personal development techniques Nelson has honed to build his personal success.

Jane Epstein is a Sibling Sexual Abuse survivor, expert, and advocate, who speaks publicly about and provides guidance and tools for prevention and victim recovery. Jane spent 40 years in a continual state of dissociation, she was in and out of therapy, and despite marrying and being blessed with two children, she became depressed and suicidal. Sobriety and self- reflection led her to write her story, and that is where she encountered the answers.

Leah Mason-Virgin empowers women to achieve the miracles they are asking God for by connecting them into His word, insights, kingdom principles, strategies and an empowered faith-filled mindset.

Leah's years in corporate, non-profits, healthcare, and other industries, in combination with her Faith Community Nursing, Business and Life Coaching certifications, enable her to serve women in all areas of life.

Noor Pinna has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) & transformative mindset coach within her private practice for the past six years. She helps women break free from the barriers of shame, become empowered to advocate and gain self confidence, create resiliency to get back up, establish self-care rituals, learn tools to create healthy boundaries, and become a leader in their universe. Noor has done international mental health work, specifically helping Afghan women. In 2019 Noor delivered her first Tedxtalk on Shame Resilience. She is in the process of publishing her first book, The Sun Still Rises which discusses themes of spirituality, faith, inner child wounds, compassion, self love, resilience.

Hospitalized for ARDS (lung failure) in 1999, M.K. (Kathy) McDaniel was placed on a ventilator and into a drug-induced coma.
