Many women deal with postpartum depression and are afraid to say anything because they don’t want to be seen as though they are incapable of taking care of their child or themselves. Speaking up and seeking help is not a sign of weakness but of strength. Moms have one of THE MOST important jobs on this planet. So it’s time we give ourselves grace.
