We discussed the difference between Postpartum depression and baby blues, causes and symptoms of postpartum depression, risk factors associated with postpartum depression, impacts of postpartum depression to the mother, partner, family members, child, how can the caregivers and family support a mom going through postpartum depression, misconceptions or stigmas surrounding postpartum depression and its treatment.
