This episode was to speak on what Posture Up! has evolved to, which is Posture Up Authentic Living. As a non-profit organization (ministry) I have a goal to serve my community through the avenues of Energetic Alignments, Spiritual Coaching, and Guided Meditations. This Organization does not serve as a religious establishment, it serves as a vessel for me to be able to share my gifts and talents with my community. My ultimate goal and mission is to help inspire self-sovereignty through education and motivation to those seeking the beauty in reaching into Self to SEE alignment with their Higher Selves.
