In this episode, I went for a walk in Boston's North End with an old camp friend, Michael Jeser, to talk about his time at camp. After that, I sat down with Mindee Greenberg to talk about the end of her time as Director of camp.

In this episode, you'll hear an impromptu gathering of a few members of our alumni community talking about what its like to see camp for the second time, but this time, through the eyes of their kids who are all currently at camp.

Thanks for listening.  This is our first episode that will follow the regular format: a chat with Mindee about the exciting things that have happened in the week, a profile of a staff member in their own words, and then some silliness involving me running around camp and running out of breath talking to campers and staff.

For our first full episode, and in the spirit of celebrating Camp Tevya's 80th anniversary, alumni spanning decades of summers at camp tell us what it felt like during their drive up to camp each summer and what it was like to be at camp for opening day. 

If you are on your way to camp, maybe you're a little nervous, maybe you're a lot excited, or maybe you're somewhere in between. For any of us who ever came to camp, we all felt the same way.
