your truth even if it makes people uncomfortable , it still needs to be said.

document everything. do not make contact with the person and make sure to always confide to people you know you can trust

your mistakes do not reflect who you are as a person as long as you try to change them and reflect on them. if someone uses YOUR past and trauma against you it only further speaks on their character

if you witness bullying its always better to say something you never know what that person is going through and you could really make a difference.

next episodes i am very* excited to share and really am looking forward to getting back to who I always have been and yes will take time to trust again but I will always want to be the way I am.

I know I am being watched every step of the way but more people who watch and listen actually care than are around me just to hurt me, I am grateful for the friends, opportunities i have made and connections along the way

despite this being a horrible worst case scenario of meeting someone from the internet IRL - as long as you carry with caution and stay true to yourself, you can still meet and connect with people through the internet. theres a lot more good in the world to balance it out.
