Lewis wrestled two years at Iowa Central before wrestling for Rutgers University where he is still looking for All-American status. This past weekend Lewis came home from Poland with a U23 Freestyle World Championship with no international experience.

On the show Lewis talks about struggling through high school and family life to becoming a man at Iowa Central. Lewis touches on the differences between East and Midwest wrestling and also shares some great stories involving Pat Downey and coaching staff at Iowa Central.
