Newly unveiled documents reflect that Hunter Biden's legal team once warned prosecutors they'd put President Biden on the stand if criminal charges were ever brought against their client. Hunter's lawyer at the time, Chris Clark, made the claim back in October 2022 after news leaked the Justice Department had enough evidence to charge Hunter with tax and gun-related crimes.
