Today’s leaders can learn so much from Zac - his viewpoints and insights as a member of Gen Z give us a look into a group of young people with so much promise, creativity and intelligence, I’m convinced they’ll change the world for the better.
I met Zac earlier this year and was blown away by his insights and understanding of what it takes to be a leader...at the tender age of 22. (He’s 23 now, as of January 12th...Happy Belated Birthday Zac!)
From starting a podcast for Gen Z to allow the leaders of tomorrow to learn from the leaders of today to being able to give a mini-inspirational speech with every question he answered, I’m certain I’ll be telling folks years from now, “I know Zac Funderburk”. He’s already doing amazing things and they will only grow from here. After you listen to his interview here, check out he and his Co-host Cooper’s podcast in the link below. There’s a ton of wisdom and it’s entertaining enough to listen to just for fun!
In this episode, you’ll discover—
- Why you should be letting the most junior employees speak first
- A self assessment that can tell you what kind of leadership voice you have
- If you’re saving yourself from failing, you’re failing to live
