Andrew "AJ" Larin is an #Ottawa native, football athlete and motivational speaker.

AJ had a challenging come up, but with a lot of drive he's gotten in a better place (and is still working on bettering himself). He had a story to tell about his sport injury and his road to recovery.

His message to the youth is to never give up and to never let anyone tell you "you can't", because you can.
