We are joint today by Michelle Le Roux (Enneagram Practitioner) who will be educating us on the process of the Enneagram as well as discovering our personality traits/types in relationships.

We all go through various experiences throughout our lives which we unconsciously bring into our relationships. It is important that we continually take stock and address some of these past experiences which have a negative impact on how we show up.  Feel free to comment and share your thoughts on this. 

What does the phrase mean, when people say they have fallen out of love? 

The main problem with conflict in a marriage is not that we are at odds with each other but rather the way we go about trying to resolve it. On this episode we will be discussing ineffective and constructive ways in dealing with conflict.

By controlling the thoughts that you think and the way you respond to the events of your life, you begin to control your destiny" Robin Sharma. You are the determining FACTOR in making your marriage work and ultimately being happy, it all hinges on the choices you make.
