The Lord gives us Peace and Power to fulfill our Purpose and this comes directly from Scripture, which is, to love the Lord our God with all that we are and to live as Christ lived in the world. 
Jesus wants to bring His peace to our moments of crisis, and He gives us power equal to our purpose, not just our problem.
