I just wrapped up an in person event and the breakthroughs and progress these women made was incredible.  And that was because they felt held, safe and supported to shed light on dark places.  They were able to be real and to be vulnerable and that is where magic happens, shifts and transformation unfolds.  There really is power in numbers! I have always had mentors and coaches in my journey - someone to help and challenge me but someone that I can share with authentically and feel like I have a trusted hand to hold and I encourage you to find your tribe, to find your mentor or a trusted confidant that you can take the mask off and get real with.
