Our episode this week has us delving into the wonderful world of gaming! Join us as we take a trip down memory lane, talking about the consoles we owned and the games we used to play, what we’re playing now, and speculating on the future of games.

With the world in a state of civil unrest and the pandemic still ongoing, now more than ever we're asked to face the realities of the world we live in. With many wanting to stay out of politics, I've personally struggled to convince those exactly how important politics is in our daily lives!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            I believe that we can now clearly see the impact of the decisions made by the generations that came before us, and so this week we'll be discussing Brexit, climate change, how the pandemic has shaken up the world so far. Exploring how these issues intertwine with the decisions we make — not just for ourselves, but for future generations as well. 

It’s not always easy to feel good about yourself, especially if you have external and internal voices reinforcing negative thoughts and behaviours. “You’re not the right size or shape, you’re not beautiful, you’re not fun enough, you’re not good enough!”
