In 1 Chronicles 29:11, King David prays these words: “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and on earth is Yours.”

This is not a rushed prayer. It’s not a desperate cry. It’s a moment of holy recognition.

David stands before God fully aware of who God is—and who he is not. He acknowledges that all greatness, all power, all glory, and all majesty belong to the Lord alone. Nothing is borrowed. Nothing is temporary. Nothing is shared.

Today’s word is WORKS—not the kind we strive to earn approval, but the beautiful work of God already at work within us.

Psalm 139:14 reminds us, “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

Before we talk about what we do, we pause to remember whose work we are. God’s works are not rushed, accidental, or unfinished—and that includes you. Today, we’ll reflect on how recognizing God’s workmanship in our lives reshapes how we live, love, and serve from a place of gratitude rather than striving.

We’re talking about GOOD soil, GOOD hearts, and a GOOD God who grows what we surrender. This week’s episode is all about cultivating a heart God can work with. You don’t want to miss it.

A GOOD heart is not perfect, not flawless, not sinless, not always strong. A GOOD heart is simply soft toward God. It’s the heart that says: “Lord, I want to grow. Make me willing.”

And God loves working with a willing heart far more than a flawless one.

Luke 8:15 "But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience."

Expectation is a powerful thing. It shapes how we see the world, how we prepare for what’s ahead, and how we trust in what’s unseen. The Bible reminds us that expectation isn’t just about hoping for something good—it’s about being ready for what’s coming.

In Matthew 24:44, Jesus says:

“So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”

This verse calls us to live in a state of holy expectation—not fear, but readiness. Expectation in the Kingdom isn’t passive; it’s active. It means living alert, prayerful, and faithful, trusting that even when we don’t know when, we can know who is coming.
