We also hear about the host's experiences over the course of more than 20 years helping others in transition after an involuntary job loss. 
 
We hear how "losses" trigger introspection and a consideration of how we might better meet our needs once we are in touch with our unique personal motivations.  If help is required in identifying those personal needs, we can take advantage of professional assessment tools.
