A lot of people believe that money is the key to everything, but in fact money can make you or break you. To some money is what makes them who they are and without money they are nothing which is not true. People who are seeking money constantly are not going to be able to step out of their comfort zone like those who are just doing their job because they love it and not just for the money.

Philippians 4:8

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

When you are stepping out of your comfort zone you want to make sure that your mind and heart are in the right place. The best way to make sure your mind and heart are in the right place is to rig your mind into winning. When you are in a winning mindset it helps your step out of your comfort zone.

Ecclesiastes 9:10

“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.”

When you find a place of peace this can help you accomplish a lot more than you ever thought you could. Finding something that you can find peace in will help your mind relax and can help you overcome anything in the way of you stepping out of your comfort zone.

1 Samuel 17:24

“Whenever the Israelites saw the man, they all fled from him in great fear”

When you are stepping up and out of your comfort zone you want to make sure that you are removing obstacles so that you have nothing holding you back. Some obstacles may be coming from you. Fear is one of the biggest obstacles you're going to have to overcome because your own fear can hold you back from stepping up and coming out of your comfort zone.

Proverbs 10:4

“Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.”

Passion when pursuing something like thinking like a top earner is very important because you need to make sure that you are not just trying to think like a top earner just for the money.You need to make sure that you are passionate about what you’re doing and that you are hungry to learn new things and not just the money.

Genesis 15:1

“After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield,[a]  your very great reward.[b]””

It is important to make sure you are serving God and his people before you are thinking of money. Yes making money in a business is important but you want to make sure that you are taking care of your customers, business partners and everyone else before you think about the money for yourself.

Romans 5:4

“perseverance, character; and character, hope.”

Patience is a virtue, everything in life is going to take time and nothing great can be accomplished overnight. When you are trying to think like a top earner you need to remember to be patient and that good things come to those who wait and those who are patient.

Galatians 6:4-5

“Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, 5 for each one should carry their own load.”

Working smarter and harder seems simple enough but you have to first understand the difference and know what you need to do. You will also need to understand that leverage and labor are two different things and understand how you can use them both to your advantage when learning how to think like a top earner.

1 Chronicles 4:10

“Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.”

In the beginning it is easy to lose your spot at the top if you don’t understand that you are a top earner. When you do reach the position of becoming a top earner you want to make sure that you don’t lose your spot there and that you are using the opportunity to learn new ways to think and grow as a top earner.
