On this week's episode, I am joined by Trevor Coston. TC and I first met when I went to prep school at Bridgton Academy. He served as the football coach and my dorm parent. Today he runs his coaching/mentor business, Aim Precision. We discussed how he approaches training and coaching youth athletes. We are both grateful for football's unique ability to bring so many athletes together. 

On this week's episode, I am joined by Providence College Men's Basketball Coach Ed Cooley. We discussed maturity and how prep school was a huge piece in his life. Since taking the Providence Basketball job, he has created a healthier lifestyle, but nonetheless, we still spoke about his favorite RI restaurants. He has created a strong culture, and makes it a point that every player that leaves his program is set up for success on or off the basketball court.

On this week's episode, I am joined by Joe Andruzzi. Joe has won 4 Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, three as a player and one as a coach. Today, he runs the Joe Andruzzi foundation which helps families battling cancer in New England by contributing financial support. We discussed his path to the pros after playing college ball at Southern Connecticut. He has been a sign of courage during some of the toughest days.

On this week's episode, I am joined by Tiana Mangakahia. Tiana is a point guard on the Syracuse University Women's Basketball Team, as well as the Australian National Team. In her first two years of play at Syracuse, she was recognized as All-Conference and All-American. Her career was put on hold in 2019 when she was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer. We had a great conversation about creating positivity in difficult times and growing women's sports. Tiana will be returning to the court this upcoming season with a talented Syracuse team.

On this week's episode, I am joined by Ryan Westmoreland. Ryan coaches baseball at the high school and collegiate level throughout Rhode Island. In 2010, he was recognized as one of the top prospects in the Red Sox Organization and one of the best in baseball. His career was off to a great start before he was sidelined with some loss of feeling that was discovered as a cavernous malformation. We spoke about his development from player to coach, and not letting physical ability dictate others' perception.

Rob is the Executive Director of Uplifting Athletes. Uplifting Athletes is an organization with a mission to inspire the rare disease community with hope through the power of sport. Prior to joining Uplifting Athletes, Rob was a punter for Syracuse University. He had a wonderful career but during his senior year he was diagnosed and treated for a rare brain cancer. He uses his platform to help those in the rare disease community.

Mason Feole is a pitcher in the San Diego Padres organization. He was drafted out of UConn in the 2019 MLB Draft. He was an All-American at UConn, and played for the Team USA Colliegate Team.
