For Kathy, the learning, the growing, and the transformation never end. She has navigated through her life by honoring the voice within or, the "muse" as she calls it. Whether it was teaching English literature, doing missionary work in Honduras, or raising four incredible children, Kathy has made sure to follow her inner voice and not the more limiting, external voices within our culture.
May you be inspired by our discussion about the importance of female friendship; women supporting each other versus competing against each other for the mythical top spot. We also discuss the positive ripple effect of when women join forces on a singular task. "From small things, big things one day come."
After listening to this conversation with Monica Arrington, may you be encouraged to never let another person define who you are. And, may you feel more resolute to believe in infinite possibilities versus self-imposed or societal limitations.
May you glean inspiration from Gretchen Suaréz Peña as we discuss her passion for raising all voices and the power from shedding the need to please.
Join Corrie Lynn Green and me as we shine a light on shame from a woman's point of view.
In addition to discussing how she discovered and accepted her own unique voice as a songwriter/singer/performer, she also discusses her journey as a cancer survivor and how this shaped who she is today. I am thrilled that you, as a listener, will also hear Corrie sing her new song "Shame" which I believe every woman and man need to hear.
Join Renée Yaworsky and me as we discuss the power of saying yes and also the wisdom of when to say no.
Renée began learning this life lesson as a 5-year old starting equestrian training. From practicing law and prisoner advocacy to writing and performing music, to producing, directing, and co-hosting multiple shows as part of Tardan Media, Renée has so many rich, life experiences from which she draws upon during our conversation.
