Be honest. Is it really social media you 'don't get' or might it be computer and technology in general?
Understanding the root of the issue is the key to putting it right. No amount of motivation or leadership guru is going to help if you don't sort out the basics.
This came to mind recently when I realised my attitude to DIY was similar to some clients' attitude to all things tech and digital. Convinced myself I'm no good, can't do it, expect the project to fail. Feel embarrassed about it and that I shouldn't even try.
That's how some people feel about technology. Maybe it's someone you work with.
