In the video I talk about the most inspirational life and running story I've ever heard.Â
I love it when sport or passion shows someone the way, proves to someone that they are, in fact worth it, and they do have something to live for.Â
You owe it to yourself to become the absolute best version of you that you can, to experience all of life's joys, and to grow into someone you admire.
During Covid, I interviewed 42 people who told their story. There were famous sports people who love to run, World Champions in other sports who thought about giving their sport up to pursue running, and there were addicts of drugs, alcohol and other vices that not only turned their lives around, they were now firing on all cylinders and achieving huge things.Â
Those stories are always inspiring, but it was this one in particular that hit me. This one made me emotional, and also incredibly proud to be human.Â
I hope you enjoy it. X
