This episode we welcome back the self development coach Johnny Lawrence to host this one off special. As we have our regular host Jake Preston in the hot seat.
We've been recieving regular messages regarding who our host is and what's his story. So we've made it happen..
Jake talks us through his early life and the advercity that faced him along the way. From discovering his father, to dealing with a regularly suicidal grandmother which resulted in him pouring all his ambitions into all sport available to him. We dig into the ambitions behind the podcast and why Powerful Lives has been formed to help inspire and motivate people to create their own path to success. With "Powerful Lives" being the motive, we will continue to deliver even more amazing guests on the show. Aiming to hit that switch to inspire people to go and be the best versions of themselves when searching for success, regardless of that significance.

Josh Matavesi joins us on the podcast talking us through his rugby journey from the working class town of Camborne in Cornwall, to playing International rugby.
Josh talks us through his rugby journey and how rugby became a way of life within his family. With his father also playing rugby for Fiji in the 80's, Josh followed in his footsteps and earned a total of 23 international caps for Fiji. He's been to 2x world cups and has currently made nearly 200 professional club appearances.
Josh digs into the week leading up to a game when being involved on match day. Touching on the professional environment, absorbing knowledge from other senior players to help his self development.
With a couple more years in the tank, Josh has a lot more rugby left in him and its great to hear that fire and love for the game is still burning strong. Currently he's enjoying living back down in Cornwall while commuting up to Bath. As a respected member of the Cornish rugby community, many are very proud of him for his achievements so far and is considered a true role model for our future generation.
It was a pleasure having Josh join us on the podcast, so laid back and all round top lad.

Neil Tregarthen joins us on the podcast, talking us through his inspiring story behind his success.
Neil left Cornwall at 19 years old with £100/200 in his pocket, arriving at paddington station in London. He takes us through the journey and motivation in which resulted in him building a global business, that grew revenues to over 1 Billion US$.
Having sold his business and moved back to Cornwall, he's created (Stand For) an organisation which helps young people who in his own words "need a chance". This has helped many people who have become stuck, either financially or just not receiving the advice they needed. From helping someone gain access to medical equipment they might not have had, to helping a young person with a business idea.
It was a pleasure to have Neil join us on the Podcast. Someone like Neil doesn't come along very often and is continuing to set an example to the future generation by giving back to society with the likes of Stand For.

Zoe Wright joins us on the podcast, talking us through her incredible journey through adversity to get to where she is today.
Zoe opens up on her life growing up and the struggles she faced in school. We dip into her illness she's battled with for many years, the surgeries she's gone through and the challenges that came with that.
Stepping onto a Female Bodybuilding stage with a Colostomy bag on full display takes enough courage as it is, but to become a World Champion after going through all those struggles goes to show the type of character she has within her.
Zoe has set the standard for people with colostomy bags, a true inspiration not to just young people but to all people going through adversity with their health.
