Jordan Lam is a college student. He dresses up as a Banana for fun and likes to do everything just for the sole purpose of having fun, for his own amusement. He has a podcast called Banana Mode. It's basically his personal journal throughout life, as he treats it as a time capsule. He talks to guests who teach him so many things and then he makes them have fun… Or even if they don't, Jordan surely is!
Jordan would definitely try asynchronous interviews because he can record at his convenience.

Matt Gilhooly, from Orlando Florida, is a podcast host, a graduate student at the University of Florida, and a teacher at a local university in the business programs. He has a podcast called The Life Shift Podcast, and has candid conversations with people about the pivotal moments that changed lives forever trying to find a way to build communities.
His show is an interview-style podcast. However, after the second episode, he got rid of the interview questions that he originally created since he wasn't paying enough attention to what the guest was saying. He was simply just waiting for my opportunity to ask the next question. So now as he goes through the episodes with his guests, he is actively listening to what they have to say and trying to respond in a respectful and honest way.

Josiah Higginson, from Arizona, is known for Two Idiots and a Dog Podcast, that he has created with his roommate, and his dog obviously.
Podcasting for him is a hobby. It is something that he would like to eventually be making money out of it. But at the same time, if it's really successful enough then it kind of pays for itself. Currently as far as hosting costs and such, Josiah and his roommate make enough money off of Patreon to not be going further into debt for this project.

Markly Morrison lives in Olympia, Washington, and he’s a radio host. He is also the producer and the host of his own show Low Profile with Markly Morrison.
The most challenging episode for him was when one of his guests recorded remotely. The goal there was that the listener would hear the guest and the host’s voices like they were in the same room. The problem with that was that Markly didn't realize the guest had him on speaker phone. So with me Markly the US and the guest in the Uk talking over the telephone, there was quite a bit of delay. Listen to the rest of his story, spoiler alert: nobody noticed, so that's a win.

Stephan Sanchez is an audio engineer from Texas. He practically immerses himself in audio almost every day whether it be a podcast he’s listening to or editing music, films and Tv shows. He’s always listening to something.
For editing, Stephan uses a leveler, mouth de-click, the dialogue de-reverb, loudness control. And these are just, like basic cleaning modules that I use in the shows that I edit, and I'm sure most people use if they're serious about editing.
