In this episode, I reflect on reconnecting with my human needs, saying yes to myself and my body's need, and saying no to external pressure.
I've been intentionally taking time to:
1. Notice my needs
2. Not judge myself for having needs
3. Communicating my needs with others when relevant or necessary
4. Letting others help me meet those needs when possible
And it's been immensely helpful (2:22 as I'm typing this, and my phone is at 55%. Thank you for the message in those numbers )
