In this Video we go through Two Powerful Somatic Release Exercises that specifically focus on and target Stretching the Psoas Muscle.


Stretching and releasing tension through the Psoas Muscle helps to stimulate our Vagus Nerve assisting in greater Vagal Tone which allows us to Regulate our Nervous System with far more ease.


Ultimately having good Vagal Tone equates to a healthier, more balanced, and adaptable Nervous System.


Then we move into some Gentle but Powerful Yin Yoga Poses and finish off with a Short Meditation & Alternate Nostril Breathing.


This is a Powerful Class. Yin Yoga & Somatic Release Exercises can be quite deep so remember to drink water, ground yourself after, and if the class stirs up any emotions or ‘stuff’ allow yourself to process.
