In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Ariel Thorpe, a Hong Kong-based chiropractor, health educator, and fitness instructor. Ariel is dedicated to providing holistic healthcare, utilizing chiropractic techniques and encouraging lifestyle adjustments.
