Today, Pastor Michael took on us an activation journey of the gifts of the spirit. He began with a deciphering of the administration of the gifts of the spirit as contained in 1 Corinthians 12, emphasizing that these gifts form a critical part of the equipping of every believer for the end time harvest.

He showed us the administration of the three categories of the gifts, and that is, the revelational gifts - Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge and Discernment of Spirits; the power gifts - Gifts of Healing, Working of miracles and Gift of faith; and the utterance gifts - gift of prophecy, diverse kinds of tongues and the interpretation of tongues.

He closed by highlighting that we must understand that these administration must be materially traced to the source code of the Holy Ghost and all are to be exercised within the framework of the fruits of the spirit, put differently, the fruits ultimately guard the gifts that it may serve the purpose for which it was given - a bountiful harvest.

In today's installment of the Gifts Series, Pastor Dami shared some powerful thought on the prophetic.

When it is comes to the prophetic, the posture of our heart should be to believe rather than to be intellectual about it.

He also shared that the prophetic is very volatile and should be treated with no delay as we must trap the prophetic with our faith.

Pastor went on to talk about the ministry of a pastor as they are a symbol of the shepherd dimension of God and the three qualities of a pastor which are Wisdom, leadership skills and the teaching anointing.

Pastor Dami, in this latest installment of the Gift Series dug, first, into three ways through which the Holy Spirit serves His word to us to wit through the doctrinal portal, the revelation portal and the prophetic portal. He opened the administrations of this portals and their essence in the life of the believer whilst also emphasising

that doctrine governs the three portals, as there is no revelation or the prophetic outside the bandwidth of doctrine.

Pastor Dami then laid out ministry as it is without a perceived direction to the market place, be stated that ministry should always end in the soul of men, it is to the end that you can convert souls and any other work not geared toward the field of souls cannot be correctly termed as ministry.

In concluding we completed our tour from the last installment with the minstrry gift of the giver, the ruler and Mercy adding what opens us up to our ministry is faith in Jesus and love for the saints.

In today's message Pastor Dami took us on a tour into Gifts especially as outlined in Romans 12, he started by laying a marker that the gifts were given by God not with the aim of spotlighting any of the offices but rather it was to end that every person enter into that which we have all been ordained with.

He then took us on a tour of these gifts of the spirit and the dynamics of these gifts as we have them in Romans 12:6-8. In today's installment of the tour, the gifts of prophecy, helps, teaching and exhortation were thoroughly thrashed with buzz words such as edification, comfort, service, faithfullness, and encouragement featuring significantly across board.

In today's teaching Pastor Dami made a highly picturesque comparison between the model of the tabernacle of Moses and that of David. Firstly, he showed us the signification of each instrument, gesture and act, performed in Moses' tabernacle, then he showed us the emergence and necessity of the tabernacle of David, especially how it came from the eventual diligence of King David.

While tying up the teaching, we then see how that we gain access into the tabernacle of David, through praise, worship and thanksgiving, as all the sacrifices of the tabernacle of Moses were done away with, this was the point where the passcode to the presence of God changed from strict compliance to the protocols of the tabernacle of Moses to what is called the Sacrifice of praise; and this is the current inheritance and access that was finally played out by the works of Christ through His birth, death and resurrection, that through these works of Jesus, we are now seated with Christ Jesus in heavenly places.
