It wasn't that long ago when Keith Millard was one of best interior defensive lineman in football. in 1989, The 2-time All Pro recorded 18 sacks from the defensive tackle position, a record that stood until Aaron Donald came along in 2018. 

Millard also coached for (4) different NFL teams,  and with his Vikings poised to make a Super Bowl run,  we thought it was a good idea to invite  “Keith”  to the center box in P-P-R Podcast #207.
