In this episode, Alexa and I discuss the last three stages that most people in the PQ for Christian community grow through on their PQ journey. We felt that it is extremely important to share this information so that people won't become hijacked by their saboteurs. It is also critical to know that the stages are not actually stages but more like spiral stairs. They are not something that we climb in our strength; the transformation begins internally first, and then it affects how we show up for others. The last three stages of progression are:

Stage Three:  What's Next: I'm embracing, deepening, and accepting transformation that moves from inward BEING to outward loving of others.

Stage Four: Go Deeper: My Christianity, PQ, and the Presence of God leads me to EMBODY LOVE by loving others in their Spirituality, especially when others’ beliefs differ.

Stage Five: Intimate love: I now want to help others experience a deep love for Christ using the PQ framework. It is no longer about what I want; it is now about what God wants to do through me and my resources.

Stage One - Seeking Alignment: I'm interested in learning how PQ and Christianity are aligned. Discussing barriers, saboteur involvement and bringing awareness to the scriptures that highlight PQ. I am seeking and finding answers.

Stage Two - I Understand the Alignment: I'm seeking to deepen my understanding and awareness, especially with Being over Doing, as a believer, a coach, or any other roles we operate in.

In this episode, I got to talk with Vanessa Donaldson, a Military Spouse Transitional coach.  She empowers Military Spouses and Veterans with exit strategy plans from the battlefield to blissful retirement on the civilian side. With a Master's Degree in Administration & Certification in Life Coaching, she leads in-person mentorship groups along with her "Online Base" community, offering camaraderie and support with a touch of nature and spirituality. This Digital Nomad, exploring America, Baja, Mexico, Canada & Alaska in an RV, is joined by her retired Marine Corps husband and two old pups. Vanessa brings her coaching to nature's beauty and keeps her clients motivated and inspired wherever she goes with holistic tools such as Positive Intelligence activities to slow down and reset off-grid in a hectic world. She's not only a military advocate but also a linguist, former Peace Corps volunteer, and Zumba enthusiast.

She is the founder of Have A Need A Ministry, a 501(c) 3 that promotes communities of sharing and serves on two nonprofit boards of directors that serve children, youth, and families. 

Dr. Leigh supports individuals and small and mid-sized businesses, along with nonprofit organizations (including faith-based organizations), to grow and navigate seasons of change In tandem with being a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach.

Several weeks ago, as I was reading 2 Thes 1:11-12, "And in this regard we pray for you always, that our God will make you worthy of His calling and fulfill by His power your every desire for goodness and every work of faith, that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ" a strong desire to pray for the PQ for Christians group stirred within me.  I realized that "Providence brought this group together," and now we needed to understand why. In this episode, we explore each person's personal why behind their wants and desires.

In our November Group meeting, we discussed the tension fear creates and how PQ assists with discovering the gift and opportunity within the situation. We modeled how to shift from fear/judgment of self and others into the sound mind Paul mentioned in the scriptures.  2 Tim 1:7

As one attendee stated, "I'm not going to allow fear to have the last word."
