  • 113: Start Your Foundation
Just as a tree has roots, basically our internal body is our roots, and our external body is our tree. Everything begins from inside the body, starting with the brain, stemming into the food you consume and how that food is processed. We need first to be aware of what goes into our bodies, to begin to be healthy and be able to have any type of control over the face of adversity. If you'd like to go more in depth about everything I am doing and would like to find out more about all of this please join the Facebook Group for all of the latest posts and insights, or simply just to join our Network..  https://www.facebook.com/groups/pranetwork/  Also if you'd like to get the FULL SCOOP on everything PRA please join our mailing list. • 112: We're All Marketers With Nico De Bruyn
Everybody is a marketer, that is Nico De Bruyns belief and he is definitely onto something because if you think about it how often do we have to persuade others into doing something? Convincing a friend to go have dinner or getting excited and selling the idea of going to your favorite place. There is much we are unaware of when it comes to exactly what marketing is. However that is also what Nico does. As an immigrant, he came here to the United States and did not hesitate to get going. He eventually began meeting different people and networking until he realized how much he was in love with other peoples stories so with these stories he began cultivating a growth mindset towards so much in life that he wrote and published his own book titled, "We're All Marketers: 20 Go-To Principles To Help You Market Like A Marketer". He also founded a method he dubs the FDE method which we dive more into in the podcast. It stands for Foundation, Design, Execute and that I can honestly say is what he does on a daily basis. He's done speaking engagements as well as created an app company also. Which I do ask him about. I know you guys will get a ton of value from this conversation and so if you guys would like to know more about all of this do not hesitate to reach out to him via social media(instagram.com/nicodebruyn) or feel free to message him(linkdin.com/nicodebruyn) to get the PDF version of his book for FREE!!! • 111: Self Sabotage

I used to do drugs excessively, I would find myself getting caught up in ego quite often, I became very unfaithful and I got absolutely no sleep. These were all some of the side effects of having low worth and high judgment. People often use self sabotage as an outlet. It gets easy and due to the high judgement and little worth it almost is a breeding ground for craving pity which in turn propels doubt even further. So you build up a habit of feeling emotion but wanting it to go away like a nosy neighbor. However, that nosy neighbors name is "Your Potential", and it is manifesting itself into another form of emotion. I use the tactics of Self Worth, Building Foundation, Becoming Aware of Ego, and Learning My Villains. I believe if we can all do something like this then the better off we will be whenever we are forming our Rolodex System. If you'd like to go more in depth about everything I am doing and would like to find out more about all of this please join the Facebook Group for all of the latest posts and insights, or simply just to join our Network..

  • 110: Strategy & Mindset With Alex Eick
Alex Eick is an entrepreneur that has created a few businesses but it wasn't always like that. He started out at a big airport in Arizona and eventually found himself questioning a lot about life. He knew there was more to it than just going back and forth from work and home. So he began trying to think of innovative ideas to both make his day and his work day become more colorful and alive. He has never been the type to stick within the confines of the typical margins. He would always test the waters a bit. His father was an immigrant from Bulgaria and he knew that hard work was part of the deal for anything you want in life. Early on his parents got a divorce and this was hard on him and brother. They went from having abundance to nothing and that transition is what sparked everything. Once he continued innovating through the airport job he went on to deliver amazing customer support and knew he had found something he was good at. So he did what any entrepreneurial mind would do and thought about how he could create a business where he could take the contacts he knew and utilize help for others. • 106: Pride Comes Before A Fall With Jason Rigby
Jason joined the marine corps and instantly fell in love with the structure and discipline that it entailed. He moved to many places inside of the U.S. and then ended up going overseas. He fought and saw things that he could never take back, the survival and complete poverty of other cultures and countries first hand. From the moment he came back to the United States he knew he was absolutely committed to the service to others. Eventually going deeper into religion he went into seminary school to be a pastor and actually built up a large church. Including being involved in a $1 million project building and a faithful following. However just as many of us do, we let the admiration sort of get inside of our head a little bit. So the worst of the worst happened. He got too involved in work and ended up losing his family, became homeless and had nobody to call or lean on. So then he had to bounce back and the way that he did that was by taking a second after he almost committed suicide to really reevaluate his views on life.
This episode will make you re think the way you go about your daily life.

  • 104: Getting The Bullshit Knocked Out Of You
How Close Have You Ever Come To Death?...
...And to even add to that, how grateful are you for the bad things that happen?
It makes you think about the things that are truly important. It also makes you ask yourself,
"What am I taking for granted?"....
Devon knows the meaning of life because he almost ended up not even knowing if he would come out the other side. But he did and decided that holding onto the negativity didn't and doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.  So many of us take for granted that 150,000 people die each day. I think maybe it's time we take a moment to reflect on the little blessing we do have as opposed to the burdens of what we feel we don't.
