I remember so many times
I would wake up late and rush to work so upset because I knew I could have done so much prior. Plus if you already have a morning routine and then sleep in it gets EXTREMELY frustrating!!!! So what did I do? Well I did what most do, I just chalked it up to me making a simple mistake. I just set my alarm every night and figured setting up two or three would work, sometimes it did sometimes it didn't.
I couldn't understand why I wasn't able to, even after the morning routine and trying for so long to make it a habit. Then it hit me...
I started to realize that the nights and the days that I both had trouble sleeping and had too much on my mind is what allowed me to keep sleeping or wake up on time but feel so foggy about the day that lied ahead. So I started to make the decision to be both grateful and courageous. It switched my mentality and was welcoming the challenge at that point. We seem to forget the power is within us. Start your day off with high energy and you will develop more successful habits. Be strong enough to form your own belief and truth system so that you can fully put out positive and high vibration and energy so that the amount of reception is equally as internally fulfilling.
