PRAC-E is ecstatic to share another U.S Podcast Appearance, with Steven Miletto's Teaching Learning Leading Podcast K-12.
This podcast was one of the best we have ever been a part of. Liam and Scott discussed an array of topics surrounding beginning teachers, including the teacher drought.
It always amazes us that teachers from opposite ends of the world can talk to each other, and share the same experiences, issues and problems.
Give the podcast a listen at the link above, or on PRAC-E Podcasts page.
If you enjoy this podcast, be sure to check Steve and his podcast out more! Steve is an insightful host, that always gets the best out of his guests.
The Teaching Learning Leading K-12 Podcast is an educational podcast that provides ideas and resources for K-12 teachers and school-based administrators.
This podcast was PRAC-E's first foray overseas, connecting with the Teachers Need Teachers Podcast in the United States. This was a surreal experience, and it provided a fantastic opportunity for Liam and Scott to openly discuss PRAC-E's ethos and motivations.
"New teachers come out of their practicum excited and ready to dive head-first into teaching. But they often run into the problem of trying to decide which schools to teach at, being a positive force for students with difficult home lives, and a long list of other serious issues. How do they know if a school is right for them? How can they handle being a long-term substitute or start in the middle of the year? In this special interview with Liam Auliciems and Scott Harding, the founders of Prac-E, we answer these questions plus discuss what to do if your school has a toxic culture."
