Practical Astrology

A full moon is the culmination point, and manifesting technically is calling something into being that hasn't happened yet - that's a new moon thing. The full moon is a culmination point in the cycle, not a beginning. So how can we use this energy?

There's nothing objectively wrong with generic sleep advice. If followed correctly it works - to a degree. However, the chances are that you've oftentimes followed the sleep advice and done everything "right" and you still find yourself struggling to settle. Maybe now is a good time to look at your moon sign and consider how you can use that information to tailor a personalised bedtime routine that is designed to fit you exactly.
