Erick Cedeño is originally from Panama. He opened up a delicious coffee shop in downtown Phoenix and what got me hooked is this addictive, smooth coconut espresso. One routine day of getting my fix, his shop was playing a song from one of my favorite artist, "Desaparecido" by Manu Chao. As I asked him about the music I notice his face express as if he reacquainted an old friend from when we roamed around Atlantis.
